Fluharty and Dalton appointed by Gov. Inslee to Washington Coastal Marine Advisory Council

Associate Professor David Fluharty and Affiliate Associate Professor Penny Dalton have been appointed by Washington state Governor Jay Inslee to the Washington Coastal Marine Advisory Council (WACMAC), an advisory council within the Office of the Governor. The WACMAC advises the Governor's office, state and local agencies, and the Washington State Legislature on ocean and coastal policy and management, specifically related to the Pacific Coast of Washington state. There are 15 stakeholder seats on the WACMAC, and terms are for four years. Congratulations to Fluharty and Dalton!
