Description Completed by parent or parent surrogates. Parent provides information on 20 competence items and rate the child on 118 problem items using a 0-1-2 (0 = not true, 1= somewhat or sometimes true, 2=very true or often true) scale on behaviors in the past 6 months. Separate scoring for boys and girls age 4-11 and 12-18. Also can be used in conjunction with "Teacher's Report Form/5-18" (TRF) and "Youth Self Report/11-18" (YSR).
