DOD Autism Research Program releases Funding Opportunities
The Fiscal Year 2009 (FY09) Defense Appropriations Act provides
$8 million to the Department of Defense Autism Research Program
(ARP) to support high-impact, innovative research to improve the
lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders now. This program
is administered by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Material Command
through the Office of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research
Programs (CDMRP).
The Fiscal Year 2009 (FY09) Department of Defense Autism Research
Program (ARP) has released the following funding opportunities:
Submission Deadlines:
Clinical Trial Award Pre-Application (Preproposal): March 17,
2009 Invited Proposal: July 22, 2009
Idea Award Pre-Application (Preproposal): March 17, 2009 Invited
Proposal: July 22, 2009
Concept Award Pre-Application Letter of Intent: June 24, 2009
Proposal: July 15, 2009

Proposals must be submitted through the Federal Government's single
entry portal, Grants.gov. Pre-applications
are required and must be submitted through the CDMRP
eReceipt website, prior to proposal submission to Grants.gov.
