We no longer accept emails requesting to reserve RC equipment. You can now submit reservations online!

To make a reservation:

1. Click the link above
2. Hover over “Log In/Out” on the top bar, then click “Log In”
3. Enter your group’s email address as listed on the RSO Directory as the username (or, whatever email address that was left on file with us at the Resource Center).
4. Enter your group’s copy/print code as the password.
5. Hover over “Make Reservations” and then select “Reserve Equipment”.
6. Select the date and time you wish to reserve equipment. Don’t worry about the “Attendance” or “Setup” fields. Click “Find Space”.
7. Select the desired equipment by clicking on the green plus button next to the equipment description.
8. Click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
9. Put the name of your RSO under “Event Name”, select “N/A” under “Event Type”, and click “Submit Reservation”.
10. Select  ”log out”.  You have completed your online reservation.
