How to Apply

Complete the UW Graduate School Application.

Application Due Dates: Submit your application no later than February 1, 2009 to be considered for the the 2009-2010 academic year. Applications submitted after February 1, 2009 will not be considered for the 2009-2010 academic year. International students should complete their application by November 1, 2008.

Entrance: Autumn Quarter only

Selection Criteria: We consider everything in your application. Our goal is to select an intellectually capable, diverse group of students. High GPA’s and GRE scores are desirable but not the determining factors in admission.
  
Other SPHSC Graduate Programs: You may wish to be considered for the Core SLP Master's program as a second choice. The application gives you that option.

If you are applying to either SLP program and are also interested in applying for the AuD program, you need to complete a separate UW Graduate School Application for the AuD program.

Start early: As the deadline approaches, the high volume of applications can cause system slowdowns. We strongly encourage you to submit your application early to avoid delays.
