Dr. Clara L. Wilkins is a social psychologist and Associate Professor at the University of Washington. Before returning to UW, she served as a faculty member at Washington University in St. Louis and Wesleyan University. Dr. Wilkins completed her Ph.D. (\u201911) and M.S. (\u201909) at the University of Washington. She completed her B.A. with honors at\u00a0Stanford University (\u201905).<\/p>\n

Huanchen (pronounced h-woo-an-chen) is a first-year Ph.D. student working with Dr. Clara Wilkins and Dr. Sapna Cheryan. She graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in psychology. She is broadly interested in stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination, and intergroup relations. Some of Huanchen’s past work examined intraminority intergroup relations between Asian Americans and Black Americans and the effect of positive stereotypes about Asian Americans. \u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
