Registration Information

Registration fees include attendance at all symposium sessions, the Symposium banquet, refreshment breaks, and the Opening Reception.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES (by May 15, 2017)

  • Early Registration – US$400.00
  • Early Student*  – US$200.00

STANDARD REGISTRATION FEES (May 16-August 21, 2017)

  • Standard Registration – US$500.00
  • Student* Registration – US$250.00

LATE AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEES (after August 21, 2017)

  • Late Registration – US$600.00
  • Late Student* Registration – US$300.00
