The list has been created as an IMS Group - a service of the Institue of Mathematical Statistics. See lists.imstat.org/mailman/listinfo for general information about IMS mailing lists. These lists use the mailman package, and allow users to subscribe, unsubscribe, or edit their settings via the web. Safeguards are in place to prevent their use by spammers.
