New Cable TV Service in SSW Building

We have several rooms in the SSW wired and receiving Cable TV.  Rooms 26, 30, 305, 306 and B52 (Rm. B52 is for recording purposes only) all now have active cable connections.  This means that you can plan to incorporate live broadcasts from Cable TV into your scheduled events or teaching, or to ask us to record a broadcast for use in your teaching or other event.

Here is a comprehensive list of the channels we now receive, which includes all local channels (including TVW, which covers Washington State Capital news); UW channels; national channels such as CNN, BET, CSPAN, CSPAN2; and international channels including BBCAmerica, CCTV4 (from China) and TV5 (from France).  By clicking on the specific channel links, you can get specific programming schedules for shows you are interested in.

Please note that there are significant legal copyright restrictions on recording/copying programs which we are legally required to follow.
