Reserving Computing Equipment for your Class or Event

This form is for SSW faculty, staff and students to use to reserve computing equipment. 

Please note:

  • This form does NOT reserve classrooms or meeting rooms. To reserve a classroom, go to Room Reservations in the SSW Intranet. A login and password are required for the SSW Intranet-- you can get it by emailing sswtech@u.washington.edu.
  • Cancelling your reservation: If you find you no longer need the equipment after your reservation has been confirmed, it is your personal responsibility to let us know by emailing sswtech@u.washington.edu with the date/time/place of your event, so we can cancel your reservation.
  • All SSW classrooms are equipped with TV and VCR.
  • All laptops are equipped with DVD players and internet access.

After you press Submit below, your email will be sent to Computing Staff. We will check to be sure the equipment is available and then will send you a separate confirmation email to indicate whether your reservation has been confirmed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your reservation is NOT valid and you need to resubmit your request.
