UW School of Social Work GraduationSCHOOL OF SOCIAL WORK General Information for StudentsThe 2008 Social Work Graduation Celebration will be held on Thursday, June 12, from Noon to 2:30 PM in the HUB Ballroom. A reception follows immediately afterwards on the HUB Lawn. Students should arrive at 11:00 AM for pictures. (See detailed instructions below.) In the coming months graduating students will be voting for several special recognitions at our SSW Graduation Celebration: Keynote speaker; student class speakers; teaching awards; and faculty participants in the on-stage recognition of graduates. Please watch for email announcements so you can nominate and vote for these special honors. Click on the following links for more detailed information. Even if you are not planning to attend the University Commencement on Saturday, you need to access the UW’s web information to order academic attire, parking, and other graduation-related items.
