School Recognized for Doubling Its Campaign Goal

In a recent article about the University of Washington topping its $2.5 billion campaign goal, the Puget Sound Business Journal quoted our School's Director of Development Kim Isaac about the School of Social Work far exceeding its goal. The article also cites the creation of Partners for Our Children as one major impact of the School's campaign.

Our School, like many others at the UW, has been transformed by the campaign. In 2000, the School had 11 endowed funds totaling $3.1 million. Now the School anticipates having 36 endowed funds by June, and the current market value of its combined endowments is $10.3 million.
