SDRG Prevention Science Program Showing Positive Outcomes for Youth

Communities That Care (CTC) is working!

Early results from the SSW's Social Development Research Group (SDRG) study of CTC, a system developed by J. David Hawkins and Richard Catalano, demonstrate that young people in communities that have implemented CTC are making more positive behavioral and health choices than youth in control communities.

Hawkins and Catalano are SDRG's founding and current director, respectively.
