Genehunter -- basic commands

Here are some basic commands:

help               Genehunter has good help info 
help load          For info about the "load" command

analysis LOD       To get LOD scores only
photo "fname"      To get a complete script in file fname.out
off end 50         To get LOD scores out to 50cM beyond the end markers

load data.par      We "load" a Genehunter parameter file
scan pedig.dat     We "scan" a Genehunter pedigree file which can contain
                             lots of pedigrees

Now genehunter will go do its stuff, pedigree by pedigree.

total stats        Will now sum the LOD scores over the component
                              pedigrees

quit               Exit Genehunter -- we are done!
