Seattle VAMC
- All participants at the VAMC must be processed prior to rotation. This can take several weeks, so please start ASAP. Call Joyce.Henderson at 206.764.2124 and make an appointment. Bring two forms of ID, the completed Application for Federal Employment form, and the two certificates from the Employee Education System (EES).
- Email the following information to Joyce Henderson, so that
hospital privileges will be ready for you when you arrive:
- First name
- Last name
- Middle initial
- Student ID#
- Social Security #
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Pager #
- Email address
- Have a current CPR certification? (Yes/No)
Items to bring to orientation on the first day:
- Two forms of ID (please see acceptable forms of ID)
- Completed Application for Federal Employment
- Two certificates from the Employee Education System (EES)

To obtain access:
- Once you created your account and logged in, the EES screen opens to My Courses screen/tab.
- Click on the Available Courses tab (directly above the My Courses tab on the left side of the screen). This opens the Advanced Search screen.
- In the Keyword box, type: FY09 (no spaces, no punctuation).
- This will bring up both the FY09 Information Security and Privacy Awareness modules
