Plastic Surgery
- Develop knowledge of the fundamental techniques of plastic surgery, particularly with regard to wound management.
- Gain exposure to the broad spectrum of topics related to Plastic Surgery, including facial trauma, burns, cleft lip and cleft palate, head and neck cancer, cosmetic surgery, skin tumors, hand surgery, and general reconstructive surgery.
Four weeks before your rotation begins

- telephone or pager number
- SSN
- whether you have completed an Orders Online (CPOE) classroom or web-based training class at Children's
PLEASE NOTE: All medical students are required to complete the CPOE web-based training prior to the start of their elective at Children's Hospital. Patient contact is not allowed until CPOE training and all required paperwork in Children's GME office has been completed.
