When a project is ready to bid on the Small Works Roster, all contractors in the appropriate category will be notified either by email or fax. Bids may be faxed, delivered, mailed or emailed. Only the amount(s) and information requested will be considered; no additional modifications or alterations of any kind will be considered as part of the bid. If email is used, the bid proposal format, included in the contract documents, must be used. All other bids must be on the form provided. Contract award will be to the low responsive bidder. If a contractor fails to bid on a project within a calendar year, the University may remove that contractor from the Small Works Roster.
