At one time or another we all may be in the position of giving another person bad news. Any number of circumstances might arise that require this including, lay-off, informing someone of an injury or death in their family, termination, re-assignment, etc.

There's really no way to avoid having to give someone bad news, but you can be prepared to give the news, stay safe and keep others safe.
