Graduate Staff Assistants

UW TechTransfer is a great place for graduate staff assistants (GSAs) to gain exposure to technology management. The GSA position is intended to complement formal academic training and serve as a practicum in the successful candidate's field of interest. Some GSA projects have included

• developing and managing dynamic & interactive information tools
• writing profiles of Digital Ventures' work with research and development projects
• monitoring future trends in areas where the UW has assets
• market and project-based research
• writing documents related to project and intellectual property management
• Web site design and analysis
• creating and managing databases
