Bio:  
Todd joined UW TechTransfer in 2009 in a newly created position of Director of Intellectual Property (IP) Management.  Todd is responsible for planning, directing, and the overall management of the UW’s intellectual property activities, including IP protection and licensing policies.  Todd was previously the Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at RealNetworks. At RealNetworks Todd was responsible for planning and directing a wide variety of the company’s legal affairs, domestically and internationally, developing and implementing legal policies and programs to protect the company’s legal rights and strategic business interests, and negotiating with strategic business partners.
