Bio:  
Natalie joined UW TechTransfer, Invention Licensing in 1998, and has worked in both patenting and licensing.  Currently, she focuses on drafting and negotiating confidentiality and material transfer agreements, and research tool licenses, as a part of the Agreements Group.  Additionally, she works with the Legal Affairs Group on interinstitutional agreements and special projects.  She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, where she was an extern at the U.S. District Court for The Honorable Marsha J. Pechman.
