Bio:  
Prior to joining UW TechTransfer, Invention Licensing, Dr. Cao worked in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry for over 10 years. Dr. Cao began his career as a research scientist, and subsequently worked in management roles in laboratory management and business development. Most recently he served as Technical Director of business development at Cerep, Inc., where he managed the company's worldwide Chemistry, High Throughput Screening (HTS), and Drug Discovery businesses. He has extensive experience in coordinating and supervising research collaboration projects involving multi-disciplinary scientific teams.
