Bio:  
Ed joined UW TechTransfer in February 2009.  He works with researchers in the Computer Science and Engineering department and the Information School on evaluating, patenting and licensing information technologies to startups, established companies and nonprofits.  Prior to joining UW TechTransfer, Ed spent ten years in business development, strategy and product management roles at Microsoft Corporation.  Before that Ed was employee #19 of Multicom Publishing, Inc. where he eventually served as Vice President of Licensing and Legal Affairs for the multimedia-startup-turned-NASDAQ-small cap-company.
