Bio:  
Kelly joined UW TechTransfer in 2005 after completing graduate school and working as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Washington in Mary Lidstrom's laboratory.  Kelly's graduate work focused on genetically modifying bacteria for commercial applications, and her postdoctoral work integrated engineering and biology to develop new methods for working with small cell samples.  Kelly enjoys living in the Puget Sound area and takes advantage of the surrounding mountains as often as possible.
