Izad brings over 20 years of experience working in industry and education to UW TechTransfer.  He has held a number of engineering, management and teaching positions. As a manager for Hewlett-Packard, he led in the acquisition of a European software company, Prolin, and in the creation of two new businesses.  He is also founder of e1 Solutions, an online business solutions provider, and CIMLS.com, a leading national online commercial real estate listing service. Izad also founded Clark County Chamber of Commerce and served as its President. Currently, he serves on the board of Clark County Chamber of Commerce and e1 Solutions, Inc.

Izad holds a Masters in Engineering and Business Administration.  He also holds multiple patents in computer technology, imaging and printing.
