Dave provides contracting and copyright expertise to UW Educational Outreach. He comes to UW TechTransfer from a 23 year career at UW Purchasing. He served most recently in a dual role as a combination Purchasing Manager/Senior Contract Manager, where he both managed the staff of buyers serving UW’s personal computer, software, and other IT needs, and also acted as UW’s primary IT procurement contact and contracting resource for UW, the UW Medical Center, and Harborview Medical Center.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UW, Dave also has a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification, as well as a wealth of experience in navigating UW policies and procedures.
