Building relationships with the business community is an important component of the work we do at UW TechTransfer.  We see the business community as an essential partner in developing university research to its fullest potential. We partner with industry in a variety of ways: we work with companies and business professionals to license UW-based technologies or create startup companies, we recruit volunteers to mentor university researchers who are interested in starting a company, and we work with professional organizations to educate the local business community on the work we do at UW TechTransfer.  If you are interested in learning more about these activities, click on one of the links above.
