- your picture (close to what you looked like when you were in my class)

- your Asian and Americanized names (if you have both)

- a short paragraph in the text of the email explaining

- which type of graduate schools you are interested in

- why you want to go to graduate school

- what you want to do when you finish graduate school

- which schools you have been considering.
