Student Self-Reflection

All previous assessments have been administered, thereby completing the speaking-listening-writing-reading series. While the assessments are fresh in the minds of students, they will be given the opportunity to reflect meaningfully on their performance and learning.

On the day following the last of the assessment series, students will be given the attached questionnaire and asked to complete it while seriously thinking about their learning experiences.

Reflection is a process of thinking about and evaluating one’s on-going learning. Reflective adults can make more informed decisions by considering their experiences. Therefore, students should be given this opportunity to gain insight into their own learning styles and identify areas of expertise and improvement.

Self-Reflection

Identify areas where you are comfortable with your English skill

Identify areas where you might need to work on improving your English skill

Help me, the teacher, identify areas where I could improve the class
