WELCOME to my culminating project for the University of Washington Teacher Education Program (TEP)! This on-line portfolio contains unit and lesson plans, assignments, assessment tools, memos, letters, personal reflections, and student work. Each portfolio entry addresses my achievement of essential knowledge and skills defined by TEP goals and targets. As a whole the portfolio illustrates my dedication to continuing growth in the teaching profession.

The UW TEP is a full time five-quarter program offered through the UW College of Education. The culminating project for the program is not a thesis, but a portfolio of work completed during the program that illustrates mastery of TEP learning goals and targets. Upon completion of the course of study, students receive an Initial Teaching Certificate valid in Washington State and (from this date forward) a Master in Teaching degree.
