The HUB’s Event Management System (EMS), requires an EMS Login and password in order to access and submit an Availability Check. Request an EMS Login using the form below.

HUB Games - Reservation
HUB Games accepts reservation requests separately from HUB Event Services. An EMS login is NOT required to reserve HUB Games.

  • A single email address will serve as the HUB EMS Login.
  • The email address used as the EMS Login will be used for all notifications regarding HUB reservations.
  • EMS Logins will be assigned one (1) per department, student organization, or off-campus entity.
  • HUB Event Services strongly discourages the use of an individual’s email address as the EMS Login since it may be necessary for others to have access to that email account.

Requests for an EMS Login are not automated. HUB EVS staff will process each request within 3 business days and will notify requestors via email when the account is active. HUB EVS appreciates everyone’s patience and understanding in this matter.

New EMS login accounts will be provided a password in their account confirmation email.

Existing EMS login account holders may request to have the account password sent via email.

  1. Visit the HUB EMS Login page
  2. Enter the EMS Login email address in the User Id entry field
  3. Click on Email me my password that appears below the Login button
  • Each EMS Login can have multiple Contacts.
  • It is important that all Contacts have access to the email account used as the EMS Login in order to receive email notifications regarding their HUB reservations.
  • It is strongly encouraged to review assigned Contacts to your EMS Login as staffing or student officers/leaders change in your organization.

Types of UW Accounts

  • Contacts: Multiple UW staff may serve as the account contacts.
  • Contact Updates: It is the department staff’s responsibility to inform HUB Event Services when staff have changed in order to update the account contacts.
  • Status: RSO must be currently registered through SAO and listed in the directory on RSO Community.
  • Disabled Logins: EMS Logins for student orgs that do not complete re-registration will be disabled.
  • Account Login: Only the RSO UWNetID assigned by SAO may be used for the login account. [highlight]Example: clubemail@uw.edu[/highlight]
  • Contacts: Only the five (5) listed officers may serve as the account contacts.
  • Officer Changes: It is the club officers responsibility to inform HUB Event Services when officers have changed in order to update the account contacts.
  • No exceptions will be allowed.
  • EMS Login: Only the ASUW or GPSS UWNetID assigned by SAO may be used for the login account. [highlight]Example: asuwunit@uw.edu[/highlight]
  • Contacts: Only ASUW or GPSS employees may serve as the account contacts.
  • Contact Updates: It is ASUW & GPSS’s responsibility to inform HUB Event Services when student staff have changed in order to update the account contacts.
