Husky Den is the largest dining hall on the UW campus with eight restaurants and a market. Customers will enjoy popular Husky Den restaurants, all of which have completely new menus and expanded choices.
Hours of Operation
Each Husky Den food area has different service hours during the week. Etc. Cafe is the only service open on Saturdays. Please refer to the HUB Building & Office Hours for current hours for all offices and services in the HUB.

Husky Den Restaurants & Market
Caribbean Island Bowls celebrates the aromatic, refreshing flavors of the Caribbean with marinated jerk chicken, mojo de ajo shrimp, and picadillo beef. The vegan curry features a lively blend of sweet potatoes, quinoa, carrots and onions in a coconut sauce. All dishes come with coconut rice and peas, charred tropical fruit salad and fried plantain. DUB Street serves up big 1/3-pound made-to-order burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, chili-cheese fries, onion rings, tater tots, and more. MENU
Etc. is an express market with a full espresso bar that offers a large selection of fresh sandwiches, salads, sushi and other freshly-packaged meals for students on the run. The market sells a variety of microwaveable meals including organic, vegan and gluten-free selections, a huge selection of cold bottled drinks, healthy snacks (like whole fruit, energy bars and trail mix), chips, candy, ice cream, medicines, feminine products, water bottles, mugs and miscellaneous necessities like office supplies.
Firecracker offers a new menu of classic American-style Chinese food favorites like crispy orange chicken, General Tso’s chicken and broccoli beef, and popular sides like house special fried rice, veggie chow mein and eggrolls. Firecracker will also feature weekly specials. MENU

Pagliacci servers New York-style pizza. Pagliacci uses mainly local ingredients, such as the pepperoni made by Salumi, a local charcuterie often featured on The Food Network. Pagliacci has been a leader in sustainable restaurant practices including using entirely-compostable takeout packaging, using Green Seal Certified cleaning products, and purchasing green-power offsets from Seattle City Light and Puget Sound Energy.
Red Radish features a large selection of fresh veggies, fruits, cheeses, legumes, grain salads and compound salads. The soup bar features six soups daily, ranging from light and fresh summer soups to hearty chili and chowders. Signature tossed-to-order entrée salads are on the menu, with a nice selection of breads and rolls to accompany your meal.
Scrambled whips up an enticing array of scrambles for breakfast and lunch. The Southwestern mixes chorizo, fire-roasted pepper, spice-dusted corn with cheddar and jack cheese, and the Garden Fresh stays local with UW Farm seasonal produce, spinach, tomato and feta. Add golden fried potatoes or biscuits and gravy for a hearty morning kickoff. MENU
SUBWAY serves the full menu of specialty subs, melts and build-your-own options. SUBWAY is also open for breakfast and offers catering for small and large groups. SUBWAY accepts UW budget numbers, cash, credit cards, Husky Cards and SUBWAY Club Cards.
