Office of the Ombud
The Office of the Ombud is a place where students, faculty, staff and other individuals connected to the University can turn for information, education and consultation concerning University-related academic and non-academic rules, regulations, and procedures.
The Ombud’s Office provides high quality, client-focused services for preventing, managing and resolving conflict. When appropriate, mediation or conciliation is facilitated between all parties.
The University Ombud is appointed by the President in consultation with student, staff, and faculty representatives.
