The #1 question at the HUB Main Desk is “Where is the Welcome Center?”
Please make a note that the Welcome Center is kitty-cornered from the HUB Main Desk. As patrons/guests walk into the HUB from the Main Entrance, take an immediate left and HUB 106: Welcome Center is the first room on the left.
HUB 106 – Before 6pm
The UW Admissions Office is the sole user of HUB 106: Welcome Center from 7am-6pm for the purpose of hosting Admissions activities. Please note that HUB Event Services does not schedule or manage any of the UW Admissions events or activities held in HUB 106. HUB Event Services advises everyone to direct all questions and concerns regarding UW Admissions events, workshops, and campus tours directly to Admissions staff located in HUB 106, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 206-543-9686.
NOTE: All inquiries regarding the use of HUB 106 for non-UW Admissions events or activities should be directed to HUB Event Services.
HUB 106 – After 6pm
HUB Event Services manages reservations in HUB 106 after 6pm and is happy to answer questions regarding reservations or scheduled events.
