Lost & Found Inquiry

Submit an inquiry to the HUB Lost & Found staff. They will respond and let you know if your item(s) may have been turned in to the HUB Lost & Found.

  • Preferably your UW email address.
  • Approximate date the item(s) was/were lost.
  • The campus building or area where the item was lost.
  • Please provide details such as: size, color(s), material, brand, serial number, case, homescreen image, model number, title, unique identifying features, etc.
