SEND A TEEN HEALTH AND THE MEDIA E-CARD

Sending a card is easy! Just follow the instructions at each step along the way. After you have completed the card, click Preview to examine your work. If you do not like your card, you may edit it and then send it, or just cancel the request. The recipient will receive an e-mail advising him/her where to find the card.

STEP #5: FINISH
You are now ready to finish your card! Click the Preview button to view your card. To clear the form and start all over, click Reset. Your card will not be sent until you press the Send Card button on the next screen.
