Matthew Hartman joined TLC-ART in July of 2019 after finishing a postdoc in Political Science at the University of Notre Dame. At TLC-ART, Matthew manages grants, hiring, communications, procurement, event planning, meetings, and regulatory work. In addition to his role at TLC-ART, Matthew directs the Washington Entrepreneurial Research Evaluation and Commercialization Hub (WE-REACH) supporting biomedical innovations in the Pacific Northwest.
