Help using the TQOWEB Solutions Link
The TQOWEB Solutions Link is a collection of ideas on successful early childhood education best practices.
You are invited to view the current and library messages. For Web site security and integrity reasons, message posting is password protected and for use by program participants who are enrolled in our courses and practica. If you are eligible to post messages you will be provided a password by the TQOWEB staff. This password will be sent to you via email.
How to Logon
When attempting to post a message you will be directed to a logon screen. You logon using your email address and password (see the screen shot below). Notice that when you type your password, the characters you type are hidden by either a series of asterisks or dots.

Notice in the screen shot above there are hyperlinks in case you forget or want to change your password. If you forget your password, you can follow the appropriate link. Follow the directions provided by the link and a new password will be sent to you. The passwords provided by the TQOWEB are not particularly user friendly. Once you receive a password it is advised that you follow the "change your password" link. Again follow the directions provided by the link and you can change your password to something easier to remember.
How to Sign Out
You can sign out (i.e. log off) by following the "sign out here" link or by closing all of your browser windows. The system will log you off automatically if you do not actively use the solutions link for an extended period of time. You do not need to worry about logging off unless you share your computer with someone who might also want to post messages. If this is the case, please close all browser windows when you are done using the solutions link. If you are using a shared computer, make sure you are logged in as yourself when you post a message. Check who is currently logged on by looking for the users name just above the post form (see picture below). If the users name is not your own, follow the "sign out here" link. You can then continue to use the solutions link as yourself (you will be required to logon the first time you attempt to post a message).
