Highlight any name from the menu on the left to display current projects.

Click on a project name to display a line chart that includes the following expenditures:

• WSDOT funding (grey line)
• Monthly invoice charges (solid blue line)
• Cumulative costs (solid orange line)
• Cost trends through end of project (dotted orange line)

Page 2 displays the source data:

• Accounting Month (Column A)
• Invoice $ (monthly charges) (Column B)
• Cumulative $ expended (Column C)
• Funding $ (Column D)
• Open $ (not yet paid) (Column E)
• UW Invoice No. (Column F)

Right-click anywhere to download the pdf and retrieve the source data that are attached as an Excel file. Launch Acrobat and the Excel file name will display in the left column under the heading labeled "Attachments"; or click on the paperclip icon.
