  • Target Sued Over Inaccessible Website

  • Target, a large retailer in the United States, has been sued by the National Federation of the Blind and a blind UC Berkeley student due to the inaccessibility of its web site. Disability Rights Advocates (DRA) has written an informative resource on the case. At the bottom of the resource, there are links to a fact sheet and a copy of the complaint filed by NFB on February 7th. The fact sheet is only available in Microsoft Word format and the complaint is only available in PDF format.
