Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development - ASCD

This nonprofit organization, created in 1943, and led by a community of educators, ASCD's mission is "advocating sound policies and sharing best practices to achieve the success of each learner." The site itself is full of resources, and membership (basic membership $49) offers their award winning magazine, Educational Leadership, newsletters, and access to archives. This is an extremely important and powerful resource for all educators.
