  • Learn the latest information from the Department on this year’s APRs.

  • Receive tools to help record and compile data for APRs, program evaluation, and student performance

  • Participate in a fun Resource and Technology Fair with ideas and skills to apply to your program.

  • Learn how you can keep current, ask questions, and learn new skills throughout the year for the APR, program evaluation, retention and graduation, needs assessment, and educational technology.  Podcasts, online short courses, tutorials, blogs, and other activities are the tools used by the University of Washington’s training grants to support you and your program to the degree you choose throughout the year.

Training provided by the University of Washington’s TRIO Training.  These are the all new 2006-2007 training topics, offered to ASPIRE on the first weekend of the new training cycle.

Arrive Friday for training on Saturday, October 7 and on Sunday morning until noon. Two breakfasts and lunch provided.  ASPIRE’s special hotel rates apply for Friday and Saturday night for trainees.

This training is provided by grants from the U.S. Department of Education to the University of Washington.  Training and materials are free of charge for trainees.  Travel is an allowable cost for programs.  Lodging and transportation are the responsibility of the trainee or trainee’s program.
