What to do When the Tutor Sends Your Paper Back
You can submit as many writings as you want in the same day. Once you have submitted your writing(s), give the tutor some time to reply. We suggest waiting four hours before checking to see if you have a reply.
Follow the steps below to view and reedit your returned paper :
- Log in to AskOnline
- Look in the left column to see if there is a NEW unread answer under My Questions
- Click on "unread answers"
- Click on a reply posted by a tutor
- Double-click on uploaded attachment (Your tutor's reply will open in Acrobat Reader)
- Print out the tutor's reply
- Open your original document from your files (the document you sent to your tutor
- Make suggested changes from the tutor's reply
- Resubmit your paper. NOTE: Be sure to choose the tutor who replied to your paper before you resubmit.
- Wait for another reply
- Repeat process above until you are satisfied with your paper.
