The Leadership Council is the coordinating body for the activities of the National Agricultural Tractor Safety Initiative and is composed of representatives from research, extension, manufacturing, and industry. The Council and Initiative and is headed by Steve Reynolds of the High Plains Intermountain Center for Agricultural Health & Safety (HICAHS).
