The Upward Bound classes that I have been given are lecture, Language Arts, Math, Special Tech, Discussion Lab and Tech.
In lecture class we are learning about human genetics and it is a class which enhances our note taking skills.
In Language Arts my class is presently working on a project in the Undergraduate Library. We are also practicing our writing skills by writing essays and doing a journal.
In math my class is currently learning about right triangles, sine, cosine, and tangent.
In my Special Tech class I am learning about databases and presently the class is working on a directory for their friends and family.
In Discussion Lab we talk about the lecture that was given in the morning of that day and we discuss things we liked and disliked. We also help each other try to understand what was said and how it all fits into the topic we are all discussing.
In Tech class My class and I have been recently introduced to the World Web and we are presently working on a project that deals with ourselves and the things that interest us.

This is my favorite web site because it is about one of my favorite cartoons when I was younger. The web site contains information about the characters and it even shows me the lyrics to the songs in the cartoon. The web site helps me to learn more about the cartoon that I did not know before.
Biography
This is the map of the Philippines. I put this map in
because my family originated from the Philippines. The only thing
that I really know about my family and the Philippines is that my
parents and all my relatives who were born before my parents, all
descended from the Philippines. 
The flag of the Philippines is used to represent my Filipino descent. The flag symbolizes that I am Filipino even though I was born here in the U.S.
My family first originated in the Philippines and from there they moved to the United States. Both my parents, their parents and their brothers and sisters were born in the Philippines. Although I was born here in the U.S. I was taught by my parents how to speak the languages spoken in The Philippines.
My goals in life are to finish high school, go to college, become successful and one day get married.
Interests/ Hobbies
I put these two pictures here because it gives people an idea of what kind of music I like to listen to. I also put this here to show that listening to music is one of my hobbies and interests.
Other hobbies of mine are talking on the phone with my friends, shopping for anything that I have any interest in, drawing and sometimes when I am really bored I read.
