-What are your interests (hobbies, talents)?

Writing short stories, giving my cats baths, and cooking.

- Had you ever planned to be a part of a program such as this?

I had heard Deirdre talk about it several times and hoped I would be.

- What do you enjoy most about the students here at Upward Bound?

Their humor. Even when I fell frustrated with class, they say something funny and everything is okay.

-How long have you been a part of this program?

One summer.

-What is your favorite food?

Enchiladas, beans and rice. Pass the chips and salsa, please.
