    This year, during the 1999 Upward Bound Program at the University of Washington, the staff has been tremendous. They have contributed their utmost to make sure that their students have the same experiences an ordinary college student would have. In order to congratulate their superb efforts, UB Web Class has composed a section entitled "Staff." These pages include a UB Staff section for each individual staff member's comments on this year's program.
