What is it like being around high school students vs. college students?

More "background" talk but these students are equally motivated.

How did you get involved in Upward Bound and why?

Invited by Donna Bolima. I enjoy teaching Planetary Science to diverse groups.

What is your fondest memory in Upward Bound so far?

Several students asking me how they can begin careers in Planetary Science.

How do you motivate yourself at work?

Colleagues, students help to refine ideas, Library Research, web sites, books, and conferences.

Besides working for UB, what are some of your hobbies?

Travel

If you were an Upward Bound student, how helpful would it have been for your college career?

Very helpful in figuring out the campus work style.
