Welcome to the 2004 University of Washington Upward Bound is a college preparatory program designed to assist, prepare, and educate students from Cleveland, Franklin, and Nathan Hale High School for that next step in life. To be a part of Upward Bound, you need to meet one or both of the following criteria: be low income and/or the first in your family to go to college.
