My role model is my mom. The reason is becuae she has strong will and determination. She is very kind, concentrated, and always does what she can for people. She also is a hardworking person who is always there for me no matter what the reason. All she wants is the best for me, and she will do whatever she can to make sure that I have the best and I do my best. For these reasons I love my mom and really appreciate her.

I applied for Upward Bound because I felt that it would be a wonderful experience and opportunity for me. I felt that I needed to participate in a program that would help to bring me one step closer to getting into college and accomplishing my goals, and upward bound is really helping me do this.

My dream job is to be a psychologist or a lawyer.
